- Free delivery for orders over £ 75.
- For orders under £75, a flat rate £4 will apply within the UK.
- Processing Time:
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.
- Please provide a valid email address and mobile number for order tracking.
- In-Person Pick-Up:
- If you prefer, you may collect your order in person at DermaBeauty.

- To arrange a suitable pick-up time, please get in touch with us in advance.
- International Shipping:
- At this time, we only ship within the UK. If you require international delivery, please reach out to discuss potential arrangements.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please review our return policy below.
- Return Eligibility:
- Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing alina@dermabeauty.com.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Process:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or mislabeled.
- Please pack items securely, as we cannot guarantee refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
